Worth the price place, gentle staff. Room was budget and themed with a luxurious bathroom. The English breakfast was inclusive. Really centrally located hotel.

I had a special stay here and would stay here again. I greatly enjoyed it, its staff and rooms. Plenty of supplies in the room: terrace and soundproof windows. Smooth check-in, late check-out.

Property was convenient, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Very tasty breakfast, HANDY position, informative workers. Concierge staff was willing to help, took care of all guests. Located in a lovely area. Moreover, I could explore opera house as it was close to the place.

The bed was comfy and the staff friendly. The room was perfect for disabled. In addition, the parking was onsite. Excellent base for exploring Manchester.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met expectation. Amazing team, marvellous position. A great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like rump n ribs that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Besides, free Wi-Fi is a bonus.

Nothing all good.
-
Beautiful hotel, good location. Hotel was absolutely spotless, rooms were big and airy and very comfortable. Breakfast has to be the best breakfast I've had in a UK hotel - all fresh and not over cooked. Would definitley recommend.
-
Excellent hotel, friendly and efficient staff and good facilities.
-
It has been ten years since my last stay, as I left the uk, however, returning, it is exactly the top quality hotel it was back then - I was slightly worried that becoming part of a large chain, would spoil the look and feel of the hotel, but it has not. The staff are excellent - friendly, and very helpful, the rooms exceptionally comfortable, and the ambience something to remember. The hotel restaurant is without doubt excellent, you do not need to find any restaurant. If you are lucky you will have Lauren serve you - who made us feel welcome, and helped us with our choices through the menu in an honest way. Thanks to who made this short break to Manchester special.
No complaint or negative comment at all. Well done
